Disasters are hazards which project negative impacts. They are unexpected threats to human life, livelihood, and their properties .The impact of the disaster on human, environment is greater when it is not prepared for or a region cannot afford protective measures. In this respect Scientific and engineering Technology should be developed to provide early warning.
